Cathy’s banking history and expertise has led to an interest in assisting clients with risk reduction strategies within capital markets and the property sector, with a particular focus on sustainability as imperative to any business model.

As Director of renowned local architecture firm Rosenthal Munckton and Shields, and Co-founder and Director of Outside In, Doug has 40 years’ experience as an architect specialising in uncompromising and premium-quality design of residential, alpine, and commercial buildings and spaces.
